Our 24 Hour Premier Private Care should strongly be considered for individuals living alone, and couples needing around-the-clock care. Cognitive impairments, such as Alzheimer’s, dementia or memory loss, fall risks, specialized care needs, conditions, physical disabilities, or requiring around-the-clock care and supervision that would allow the senior to remain living in their home to live out their golden years. This usually requires 2 caregivers that rotate shifts throughout the day and night.

One of our goals is to provide you with a high-caliber team of caregivers. Allow us to select your caregivers as we have been matching clients and caregivers for over 20 years. This may require advance planning, as we may recruit and hire specifically for these assignments

As we value all of our clients, it may or may not take time to find the best team of caregivers. Our caregivers are carefully selected as they are working independently on their own while on assignments. We will not just assign any caregiver quickly or pool from a caregiver list in order to start up services for you or your loved one(s). There may also be an immediate need that care services to start up quickly and not enough time to plan ahead or hand-select your team of caregivers at that moment.

With our Premier Private Care services, this allows us to start the care with the support of our administrative team, lead(s), care supervisor, care coordinator, or the owner on the assignment on a temporary basis in order to start up and cover the assignment accordingly. This additional support team also provides care on a fill-in basis should your regular caregiver(s), or backup caregiver(s) be unavailable, request off, or not feel well.

With 24/7 Premier Care, you will have access to Home Care Services, Specialized Care, Household Management, Caring Hearts Couples’ Care, Personal Care “Heart of Gold”, and 24-Hour Care Services. In addition we provide 24/7 Accessibility to Administrative Support, up to 2 weekly home visits, and a customized care plan. We provide a dedicated care and administrative team, a premier caregiver team, and up to 2 Lead Caregivers per assignment. To keep you updated, we provide phone and email follow up regarding the visit. We can also help you coordinate with others such as outside service companies, care professionals, or others upon authorization.

Our Premier Caregivers are specifically trained to meet after stroke care, memory care, Parkinson’s disease care, diabetes care, dementia care, respiratory condition care, heart disease and end-of-life care needs.

Other services available include house cleaning, organizing, handyman, and vendor assistance. We provide additional service requests upon approval (additional costs apply).
